Sagital plane (forward/backward) and multi-plane (lateral/diagonal) movements performed with balance and coordination are crucial for a young developing athlete. DRIVE Training will help each athlete develop the basic motor skills to perform these multi-directional movements with precision. Athletes will be taught proper linear running form to increase speed and function as well as core development to facilitate lifetime fitness.
